About Wilna Furstenberg

Born and raised in South Africa, Wilna has always been passionate about art. She graduated from art school (University of Pretoria) in 1996 and shortly thereafter she and her husband Josias, a medical doctor, started with a family. Having three beautiful girls (Tia, Kirstin and Jana) in four years did not provide time for creativity until she discovered scrapbooking in 2003.

In 2005 she and her family moved to Prince Albert, Canada and numerous scrapbooking opportunities opened up for her. In 2006 she won the CK Hall of Fame and the first Making Memories Idols contest. She was also a finalist in the K I Memories Album Contest. Companies like Making Memories and (where she was a fashionista) seized Wilna’s unique artistic approach to Scrapbooking. Her work has also been published several times in Creative Reflections (SA), Creating Keepsakes, Memory Makers and the Canadian Scrapbooker.

Wilna loves to spend time with her husband Josias of almost 18 years and their 3 girls. She loves to have coffee with friends, read and write about life on her heart blog,

Wilna is a superb addition to this brilliant team. May I say that this place is ART, where the works remain in others’ memories because they are authentic & have integrity. Thankyou so much!
